For years, we have provided summer jobs for college students from University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing Institute of Technology and other high school, in order to enrich the public life of students in summer, and encourage them to participate in social practice actively.
According to the actual conditions of company, we provide corresponding internship position. Then, we screen suitable summer trainees by campus recruitment. After joining, do training for them, and use one-to-one guide model. During the summer job, on the one hand, the students do something whatever they can to make contributions for the company development, on the other hand, they can familiarize the development model of company to get ready for getting into the society. After the internship finishing, a test will be done. The top students after graduation have a priority to enter our company.
Since 2000, scores of students from the universities in Beijing have come to our company for practice in the department of marketing, finance, administration and technical, and finish their first step of returning to society. The social practice is propitious to the students, the universities, and the society. The students can strengthen their responsibility and mission by social practice, promoting converting of theoretical knowledge, and increasing the ability to adapt to society and serve the society. Meanwhile, their own mission consciousness, responsibility consciousness and managerial competence of training guider are increased. The sense of social purpose of the company is strengthened, and corporate values and culture are improved.
